CONTAMINATION MEASUREMENT 
The contamination measurements are performed using the Parker gauge (the best measuring equipment on the market - calibrated on a yearly basis) with an instantaneous reads of oil purity class (according to ISO 4406) and water-content. The measurements can be printed out on request of the customer. The measurements can be performed on kind of equipment.

VISCOSITY, PRESSURE, FLOW AND TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENTS

Oil microfiltration


The process of microfiltration prolongs the service life of oil  and allows to re-use it. The technology and research have proven that  the time during which the oils to lose their physico-chemical properties exceeds a single servicing period (this mainly applies to hydraulic oils, gear oils, transformer oils; engine oils actually lose their service life in the anticipated periods because of the specific unfavourable conditions present in the engine blocks, which is why this of type of oil is not to be subjected to microfiltration).

The Filtration is performed with using a filtering machine equipped with special water-absorbing filters and solid contamination-absorbing filters (for contamination greater than 1 micron). This helps to avoid failures caused by the presence of water and contaminations of sizes greater than 5 microns in the oil, which actually are the causes of 90 % of the failures.
 

Number of Oil-filtration cycles:

  • In case of mineral oils - up to 2 times.
  • In case of synthetic oils - up to 5 times.

Scope of use

  • The microfiltration process is applicable for all kinds of hydraulic oils, gear oils, turbine and machine oils, etc. with a viscosity from 15 to 150 (acc. to ISO).
    We do not filter the oils containing soot, i.e. oils which were subjected to the carbonization process.

Steps in the microfiltration process

  • Our employees reach the clients premises with a service car equipped with the necessary tools.
  • The oil level in the container/machine is measured using a high-end measuring gauge.
     The filtration process begins with pumping out the entire oil from the container/machine to special leak-proof containers, and later, pumping it back to the machine. 
    The oil is pumped in and out using a special filtering device (which has all the valid homologations and leakproofness certificates).
  • The microfiltration process is repeated until the oil reaches a purity class identical to the new unused oil.
  • The entire operation takes place in a closed system,
  • The filtering device is placed on an oil-proof mat, all in order to mitigate any possible oil leaks during the disassembly of the devices.
