Delivery methods and costs
Delivery costs depend on the weight and sizes of the ordered products.
The overall delivery costs are automatically calculated by the system during the ordering of the product. If the weight or sizes of the products exceed the values accepted by the system, the delivery costs will be calculated by our employees and you will be informed about the changed costs by phone or upon order confirmation.
The following means of delivery are available to clients of Martech:

AT WHAT TIME ARE THE PACKAGES DELIVERED?
- Our couriers deliver the packages on business days from 8 am to 6 pm depending on the delivery destination, weather and the selected delivery company.
- The ordered products can be picked up during working hours of our branch in Strzegom (ul. Koszarowa 5): from Monday till Saturday, from 7 am till 3 pm.
WILL THE COURIER CALL ME PRIOR TO THE DELIVERY?
- In most cases the courier calls the addressee with the information regarding the estimated time of delivery, but there is no guarantee this is going to happen - the couriers are not obliged to do so.
- Upon selecting "Personal pickup" as the delivery method you will receive an e-mail when the package will be ready for pickup up at our branch.
THE DELIVERY IS DELAYED. WHAT CAN I DO?
- The easiest way of dealing with this problem is to call the delivery company responsible for the delivery and inquire about the status of your package, by providing the package tracking number which you should have received beforehand by e-mail.

ATTENTION! Please check the condition of the package upon delivery. If the package got damaged on route, you should prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier and contact our Customer Service.
